What the apps do not do

They do not run on Jira or Confluence Data Center or Server: Cloud only.
They do not make you compliant on their own. They help you meet the requirements of a regulation or a standard (CRA, NIS2, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, 21 CFR Part 11) by keeping the records an auditor asks for; the procedures and decisions stay yours.
