Weekly team flow review template for Jira
Work rarely gets stuck loudly. A 20-minute weekly flow review catches it early: what has been in progress too long, whether the backlog grows faster than you finish, and one change to try next week.

Copied. Paste it into a new Confluence page.
How to use it in Confluence
- Click Copy the template, open a new Confluence page and paste: headings, lists and tables stay as they are.
- Replace the parts in [brackets] and delete what does not apply to you.
- To reuse it, save it as a space template: Space settings › Templates › Create template, then paste.
Keep it short and about the work
- Start with the oldest item in progress. It is usually where the real problem is.
- Compare with your own past, not with other teams. Your usual cycle time is the only fair yardstick.
- One change per week. More than one, and you will not know which one helped.
