Where Clearlane apps run

Every Clearlane app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, inside your Atlassian site (Runs on Atlassian). Clearlane operates no servers and no service of its own, so there is no separate Clearlane system that can be down: when Jira, Confluence and Forge are available, the apps are available.

Live status

We do not promise an uptime percentage of our own: availability follows Atlassian’s platform.

A problem in one of our apps

If an app misbehaves while Atlassian reports no incident, the cause may be the app itself. Known problems and their fixes are listed on known issues. To report a new one, use our help center or write to hello@clearlaneapps.com. Security issues: see our security policy.
